Betty Boop and her friends, Bimbo and Kiko,  highlight the latest in innovations at the trade show in this 1932 Max Fleischer animation titled Betty Boop's Crazy Inventions.  Unfortunately, there are no computers showcased in this event or I might have dropped by to grab it and cannibalize it for parts.

This gal has spent a lot of time here in Miscellanea, she has been in a number of films, and for a cartoon girl, Betty Boop is quite a sexy little siren, so, for this New Year's eve, she will be our highlighted film babe. Here is a nice little fan tribute:

Betty Boop, seeing her small cat moping about, thinks he is lonely, and decides to get the feline a playmate.  But the cat isn't lonely---like most of  its kind, the animal prefers a lazy lifestyle, and is none too pleased when Betty brings home Pudgy the dog to keep it company.  Hoping to make the dog's stay a short one, the cat immediately sets the poor dog up as a fall guy in this 1935 Max Fleischer animation titled Taking the Blame:
