Two Generations
Most of the airplanes from the First World War are long gone, the specimens flying today either restorations or rebuilt from scratch. This rebuilt British Sopwith Camel biplane is one such near-extinct aircraft. Today, it is joined in a short flight with an aircraft from the next world war, the Vickers-Armstrong Spitfire:
