How to Overcome Being Swept

Talking about something to brag about. I won't embellish... just yet! Tomorrow however, is a whole new day.

From the series I wish had never happened to the series I'm glad is taking place, how quickly momentum can turn. The miserable series against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays seems to most fans as out of sight and out of mind.... like it never happened. Tampa Who?

From an incredible game ended with a walk-off homer in the 9th from Aramis Ramirez Friday (his 2nd of the game) to an incredible offensive explosion (especially offensive for a Sox fan) in the 4th inning of yesterday's game, highlighted by Jim Edmonds 2 homers in the inning... this was just what the Cubs needed. In desperate need for a victory, the Cubs not only supplied one in dramatic fashion, but back-to-back impressive wins.

I'll be counting down the minutes until game time, and knocking back the brews, hoping to post another story yet today entitle "South Side Swept"... stay tuned!
