Pingping was a smoker.
Smoking could not have been good for such small lungs.
So I imagine Pingping saying to the female pictured above providing air cover:
"Hey baby, I ain't blowing smoke up your skirt."

Tired of the overdone formulaic juxtaposition of the shortest person alongside the tallest person, the Guinness Book of World Records publicity photographer instead pairs Pingping, the smallest man in the world, with Veronica, the girl with the largest va-jay-jay on earth.
