Beethoven's 5th Symphony
Probably the easiest to recognize composition of Ludwig van Beethoven is the first movement of his 5th Symphony, performed here by the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra with Zubin Mehta conducting.
I've always been intrigued by Beethoven's life. Losing his hearing in the late 1700's, Beethoven continued to compose and probably could actually hear nothing when writing his 9th Symphony.
A very interesting movie based on letters from Beethoven addressed to an unknown woman is 1994's 'Immortal Beloved' starring Gary Oldman as the composer.

Hey, some music that doesn't make my head hurt.
Though half the time this conductor looks like he is conducting an imaginary orchestra in his head playing a very different song.
