Unstable Showman

Though the next song seems a bit cheery, the theme of the movie was rather dark, being about a ventriloquist who slips into madness and begins to express his emotions through his old wooden dummy. And to make matters worse, his girl falls for another stage performer. This comes from the 1929 movie, The Great Gabbo:

The song is titled Web of Love and is performed by Betty Compson and Donald Douglas.
