Enduring Women of Punk - Part II

Siouxsie Sioux (born Susan Ballion) and her band the Banshees formed in 1976 after her being deeply involved in the London punk scene as a Sex Pistols groupie. They gained widespread success in the post-punk scene and she became a gothic fashion icon. First shown is Love in a Void (their second hit single, after Hong Kong Garden in 1978), as performed on a British television programme in 1979. Look for Robert Smith (soon after of The Cure) in the video. After that, They Follow You from her 2007 album, Mantaray.
