Anybody have the odds on the outcome of the 9th Circus Court decision? If they uphold the ruling of Judge Factless Bowtie, it would be consistent with the 9th's history of left-wing activism. But I suppose it's possible that the panel could decide to go with the law and overturn the lousy ruling. Stranger things have happened.

Zoy;

Zoy doesn't have a huge interaction at this site anymore but he keeps it open for us to throw mud around at each other. Zoy contacted Squarespace to have them fix the error. So kudos to Zoy..Thank you!!

Red;

The hilarity this week of Nance saying she won't work with "President Bush" or likely that Lincoln guy either was hysterical and illuminating. And the former hairdresser from South Central never fails... Yes as Putin amasses his armies on the Korean border the world shudders at the prevailing disaster... Bottom line; the demwits in Congress are old, senile + stupid... Good luck changing your trajectory demwits into the shitter...

Daily tracking poll says 53% approval rating for President Trump. (Rasmussen)
Gonna piss off the "Progressives" Resistance is futile.

Any news that pisses off a numbskull "progressive" is good news.

"Princess High Cheeks of the Harvard Tribe" was shutdown on the Senate floor last night for criticizing a Senator. I thought it was pretty mild and would have let it go but the entire Senate so hates Princess Hig... I mean Warren that there was no big uproar. Well today smelling political gain the demwits are reading Kings widow's letter. They never learn. Question; aren't these the same Dems that told Hoover at the FBI to spy on King because they thought he was threat and regularly called him a NI**GGER? SAD :(

Progressive's Alternative Facts.
(... they really hate it when the opposition uses their very own techniques)

Hi Guys,

It was a server-side error that prevented me from logging in to see what the specific problem was, so Squarespace had to fix it rather than me. That said, there is still one fix I need to address with the DNS, so it's possible the site may go back down again temporarily. It should all be fixed by this weekend, however.

Coretta Scott King thanking Senator Sessions . Lizzy just silenced herself.

It's amusing when frantic leftists like Warren paint themselves into a corner.

Not sure what to make of Gorsuch's criticism of Trump's "so-called judge" quip. I agree with Gorsuch that it was a crappy way for Trump to express himself. I hope this is a sign that Gorsuch is a true jurist, not an activist or a lackey.

Red,

Poor "Princess High Cheeks of the Harvard Tribe" she can't seem to explain how she could call Sen. Sessions " her good friend" when they co-authored a bill recognizing the Selma Marchers for gold stars but now according this fu*king lunatic he's a racist?????????????

February 9, 2017 at 08:55 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Tom, it's the same with all the other hypocritical jackass Dems who praised Gorsuch enthusiastically in the past. Now that Trump nominated him to SCOTUS, the same leftie Dems oppose him. The Dems are practicing the most vile kind of partisanship here.

February 9, 2017 at 09:03 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

MSNBC is now suggesting that Trump might start killing reporters. The insanity/stupidity/desperation of the left is absolutely astounding.

My afternoon's amusement consists of imagining the Nooshans' apoplexy if taxpayer-salaried Josh Ernest were to spend time behind a podium promoting Malia and Sasha's line of apparel products.

Publicity Stunt. Macy's gotta cut high end retail. not working for them. Closing 68 stores in 2017.
Seems other high end retail still carry the line.
I'll give the 'Progressives' a break if it ever happens for them. Priorities, you know.
Winston! Look! A squirrel!

Don't know who first said it, but it bears repeating:

"Democrats haven't been this upset since Republicans took away their slaves."

"VIDEO: Ted Cruz SLAMS Democrats As ‘The Party Of The Ku Klux Klan’"

OMG; demwits are running to the fainting couches all over D.C. today. The gall to bring up their history when demwits label other people racist...

February 9, 2017 at 16:15 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

They don't call it the "9th Circus" for nothing. Reversed 80% of the time...

February 10, 2017 at 05:54 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Yep, Tom. As expected, the leftie activist judges strike again, in complete defiance of black letter law. They're making up new "law" in their ideologically biased little skulls, to make it fit their personal agenda. How much longer must we tolerate the dictates of a bunch of unelected autocrats? A black robe does not give anyone the power to ignore the law.

February 10, 2017 at 08:06 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Bait for Winifred. Can't wait to see how he/she trashes a black conservative for daring to have a mind of his own.

Senator Scott

February 10, 2017 at 09:10 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Red;

Only the 9th would totally ignore the statutory law that says the President has control over immigration and national security and veer off into made-up law and rights that non-citizens who have never stepped on U.S. soil have due process rights. What next; we can't start wars with out citizens of those countries first having their day in court to determine if those citizens due process rights have been damaged!!!! The fu*king Pandora's box of shit this opens in breath taking in the expanse of rights the left thinks should be afforded to non-citizens of the U.S....
