why a "President" would EVER let a known security risk into his highest-level intel briefings
Exactly! Why did Hillary keep her position so long?

Elijaaaaaaaa read on Twitter at @TheRealPutin that Flynn and him are brothers!!! Elljaaaaaaa swears it's true this time...

Exactly but Fat Hilda to her eunuchs can do no wrong... "She lost because it was the Russians."

Cummings and Pelosi had to apologize. Too much!

February 14, 2017 at 20:20 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Nooshans are pulling muscles and giving themselves cramps trying to look anywhere in the known universe except at the sight of a "President" who knowingly includes a security risk in his top-secret intel briefings. For weeks on end. Why? Who knows? "Nothing to see here! Move along now please!"

Funny stuff.

February 14, 2017 at 21:55 | Registered CommenterWinston

Of course, while the wingnutz' antics are absurd, there's nothing in the least funny about the background story. It's as serious as a national heart attack. Flynn is the third Trump-connected official to leave his circle in disgrace Because of dodgy, probably illegal dealings with arguably America's most prominent adversary. The timeline is extremely suggestive and the yarns the White House figures are spinning would make no sense even if they *weren't* well-known to be constant pathological liars.

It's certainly past time to understand just what in the hell is going on. The moment is now to find out whether there are any patriots left inside the Republican Party.

February 15, 2017 at 06:22 | Registered CommenterWinston

Give it up, Winifred. You've made your point, that you're a good little useful idiot, mindlessly parroting the line du jour from the Leftie Asshole Playbook about Flynn.

Meanwhile, from the Leftie Asshole Brigade comes this. Apparently some D-list "comedian" named Eddie Griffin egged on his Dallas audience, urging them to assassinate Trump. As frosting on the cake, some other "entertainers" on the bill decided to call Melania Trump a whore and a prostitute.

Griffin said, “Do your historic duty. You guys assassinated JFK. Next time he comes to Dallas, stick him in a convertible, drive him by the grassy knoll, get the rednecks out to the grassy knoll. Y’all took out one president, you need to take out another.”

This is what passes for humor in the demented world of leftie cretins. Stand proud with your comrades, Winifred.

February 15, 2017 at 07:19 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

I actually have to give Winifred a back-handed compliment, because she has been more steadfast in parroting the leftie line than some of the "leaders" of the left. Both Nancy Pelosi and The New York Times tried, but failed, in their duty to parrot the line, by quoting from a fake Twitter account in order to slam Flynn and Trump.

I understand Pelosi doing this, because she is about as smart as a bag of hammers, but the Times should understand, at the very least, that sources should be double checked. Too anxious to jump on the Get Trump Train to do any... you know... journalism.

February 15, 2017 at 07:29 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Same source no doubt as your Pauline Kael quote and Tom's Margaret Sanger quote.

February 15, 2017 at 07:42 | Registered CommenterWinston

We have a parade of close aides canned for improper/illegal/treasonous contacts with a major US adversary and lying about those contacts. We have evidence suggesting and a timeline consistent with foreign interference with an election in return for specific policy considerations. Why are you distracted by a tasteless fourth-rate comic? Can you even PRETEND to be a patriot?

February 15, 2017 at 07:53 | Registered CommenterWinston

Patriot? Do you not even realize your hypocrisy?
Russia is only a threat when the agenda is threatened. The Deep State says so. Remember Obama and Medvedev? Winston, you have absolutely no moral authority. Your frothing at the mouth, wailing and moaning merely reinforces our opinion of "Progressives".
Amused that voters actually believed that they could challenge the establishment by voting for an outsider. smh

February 15, 2017 at 08:47 | Unregistered Commentergriswold3

Thank God for Bob Corker.

1). "Flynn is the third Trump-connected official to leave his circle in disgrace Because of dodgy, probably illegal dealings with arguably America's most prominent adversary. 2). ""President" who knowingly includes a security risk in his top-secret intel briefings."

A nice cut n' paste job by Teabagger from DailyKos... Still intrigued outside of the left-wing shit bags T' routinely quotes a 'FACT' who is calling a former decorated Army General in the Obama Admin. a 'security risk,'

February 15, 2017 at 10:00 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Who called him a security risk? Try to keep up, dumbass. Acting Attorney General Yates informed the White Counsel on January 26 that he had lied and was thus liable to Russian blackmail. Why the "President" with full knowledge of this nevertheless continued lettting Flynn participate in top level intel briefings until February 13 anyway is the question before us. Focus please.

February 15, 2017 at 10:13 | Registered CommenterWinston

Winifred, do your Leftie Talking Points Memos come in the form of emails from the Leftie Central Committee? Or do you get them by phone? Or do you rehearse them at the table during a tofu brunch at the Leftie Cafe with your Fabian Socialist Club buddies? The splendid coordination of all the parroting is really well done. Polly wanna cracker?

February 15, 2017 at 10:22 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

And yet the question remains.

February 15, 2017 at 10:44 | Registered CommenterWinston

"Acting Attorney General Yates informed the White Counsel on January 26 that he had lied and was thus liable to Russian blackmail."

The fever swamp rags are using phrases like "potentially vulnerable" but "liable to Russian blackmail?" So potentially vulnerable; those two words cover a lot of real estate. Like; Fat Hilda is potentially vulnerable to one last good sexual flogging from one of her girl friends. Potentially yes, but not likely.. 'Princess High Cheeks of the Harvard Tribe Who Speaks With Forked Tongue' is potentially vulnerable to being mistaken for an Indian. Not likely. See "potentially vulnerable" are huge weasel words for the media when they really have no fucking clue. Yet their still better than the biggest clueless fu*k named Teabagger when he writes "liable to Russian blackmail." That's specific. That's cold evidence. Like when Fat Hilda was exposed on her illegal server.

So to re-state the obvious; no one takes Tebagger serious. He lies. Makes shit up. And is an angry spirited asshole. But post on. One out of every ten posts may get read...

February 15, 2017 at 11:09 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

What lie? Not going down that rabbit hole. Focus on the power struggle here, Rather than supporting your narrative. (Flynn made VP Pence look less than informed. At least this administration didn't circle the wagons like the last did during Benghazi)
. Yates is a political tool. No credibility as to 'blackmail' allegations.
I'm more interested in who signed the FISA warrant

February 15, 2017 at 11:13 | Unregistered Commentergriswold3

I read all of Winifred's posts. I need a good laugh, and they often suffice. I particularly liked the one in which she admitted that she's a woman of color.

February 15, 2017 at 11:14 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Clown, clown, clown, clown, clown. Clown some more.

And yet. Yates warned White House the fact that Russians knew of Flynn's lying gave them power to exercise over him. "Prez", knowing this, continues Flynn's access.

Resume clowning.

February 15, 2017 at 12:09 | Registered CommenterWinston

The fever swamp rags are using phrases like "potentially vulnerable" but "liable to Russian blackmail?" So potentially vulnerable; those two words cover a lot of real estate...."potentially vulnerable" are huge weasel words for the media when they really have no fucking clue.

Let's see if I'm up to a huge challenge. Let's see if I can make this so simple even The Stupidest Man on the Internet Not Named Jim Hoft™ can understand it.

STEP A: When someone knows you did something that you'd rather wasn't widely known, they've got leverage on you.
STEP B: Flynn lied. Russia knew it.
STEP C: The Acting Attorney General knew the Russians knew it. She informed the White House. ("Prez" fired her.)
STEP D: The White House between January 26 and February 13 knowingly shared US intel secrets with Flynn, someone THEY KNEW had a great deal deal to lose if the Russians exposed him.

Still too complicated for you?

Go back to clowning then. Leave this to the adults (a few of them are even Republicans) and stick with your raspberry-flavored Play-Dough. Clownish dumbassery is really your forte anyway.

February 15, 2017 at 12:31 | Registered CommenterWinston

"Pelosi, Cummings, New York Times fall victim to fake Twitter account"

LOL... AGAIN........ Hey dumbass libs.. Check for that blue dot on Twitter. It tells you what is a real account and one that is fake.. Kind of like Teabags posts. They lack that blue dot... LOL.....

February 15, 2017 at 13:20 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

"Mr. "President," on January 26 the Acting Attorney General apprised you that the highest official in your entire national security apparatus was wide open to Russian blackmail. Sir, why did you let him continue top-level briefings until February 13?"

<pause>

"Jail the reporters!"

February 15, 2017 at 13:20 | Registered CommenterWinston

And droning on and on, our dear Winifred continues to pound the Leftie Talking Point Du Jour, gleefully unaware of how foolish and rehearsed it appears. Polly wanna cracker?

February 15, 2017 at 13:57 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

It's all terribly, terribly, terribly complicated. See: the President's National Security Advisor is the funnel through which the President gets the information he needs to make decisions. All intelligence, from every agency and department that deals with national security, goes through him and he organizes, vets and prioritizes it and transmits it to the President for action.

Well, the Russians, see? they had something they could use on this guy. Something he didn't want others to know. The "President" was told, but did nothing. Did fuck-all.

Immensely complicated. Hurts the brain. Far too difficult to expect The Internet's Most Colossal Dumbass Clown Not Named Jim Hoft™ to take in. Overwhelming complexity. Clowning about Twitter accounts is more his speed.

Likewise with Drama Queen. They just clown, and clown, and clown on with their raspberry-flavored Play-Dough. Because it's a question they can't even understand, much less answer.

February 15, 2017 at 14:09 | Registered CommenterWinston

Squawk, squawk, squawk, squawk, squawk, squawk, squawk, squawk, squawk.

Time to move on, Polly. Why don't you check with your higher-ups in the movement, and find out what words to use to "get" Kellyanne Conway? She's next on your hit list. Check the box, start blathering.

February 15, 2017 at 14:25 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Puzder out
too many distractions with this nomination
Problems had been addressed but once the MSM starts rolling them out, you'd never know the truth.

February 15, 2017 at 14:29 | Unregistered Commentergriswold3

The "Leftie Talking Point Du Jour"--why would a "President" do that?--is either too fiendishly complicated or just flat-out unanswerable for you. If you had any sort of plausible answer at all we'd have heard it by now, so I accept the admission that you are utterly flummoxed, condescending though it is.

February 15, 2017 at 15:24 | Registered CommenterWinston

Believe me it's not hard to understand Redbeard. I've asked the same simple question a number of times in a number of ways and you have no intention of responding in any substantive way whatsoever. You just want to ridicule the question in the most childish manner imaginable. We get it.

Speaks for itself, really.

February 15, 2017 at 15:42 | Registered CommenterWinston

FBI reviewed Flynn’s calls with Russian ambassador but found nothing illicit- WaPo Jan 24, 2017
So where's the evidence Russia was using to blackmail Flynn?
Just because you say it, doesn't make it so. As I said before Yates has no credibility. A disgruntled former employee

February 15, 2017 at 18:03 | Unregistered Commentergriswold3

Why'd Flynn get fired ?

February 16, 2017 at 00:10 | Registered CommenterWinston

Good question.

February 16, 2017 at 07:45 | Unregistered Commentergriswold3

How is it the very unfair fake news media's fault that you've fired someone?
I'd be interested in what I expect to be your thoroughly delusional nonsensical answer.

February 16, 2017 at 08:00 | Registered CommenterWinston

How did the Russians hack over 3,000 district voting machines to give the race to Trump? That's the contention from the demwits. "I'd be interested in what I expect to be your thoroughly delusional nonsensical answer."

LOL,, It's to easy.....

February 16, 2017 at 08:08 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

1). CNN reports that the FBI will not be pursuing any criminal investigation involving Flynn's phone call.

2). NY Times is reporting that no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence has been found.

Poor Nancy. Poor Chuck. Poor Princess High Cheeks of the Harvard Tribe. It was going to be bigger than Watergate and Iran Contra combined. And from CNN and the NY Times none the less.. Oh' I forgot; poor Teabagger...

February 16, 2017 at 08:19 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Flynn was justifiably asked to resign because he lied, and misled Pence. That, dear Winifred, is ALL that we know he did wrong. Disappointing to you and your filthy leftist cadre, I'm sure. But hey, you should be celebrating. We know your goal is to disable this administration by any means necessary, and getting rid of Flynn was another notch in your super soaker gun grip.

Leftie scumbag. But I repeat myself.

February 16, 2017 at 08:30 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

This is about to get VERY interesting. The rumor mill is working overtime, saying that top Iranian oberfuhrers are issuing threats to Trump, warning him not to reveal the secret sides deals that Obama added to the already-horrible nuke deal. Same rumor mill says this is all connected to the long knives attack on Flynn, because he might have a smoking gun or two that would be terribly inconvenient for the Obama cabal.

Stay tuned.

February 16, 2017 at 08:48 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Not even you lot can be clownish enough to believe Flynn acted alone as a policy entrepreneur. Before this is done Donald Trump is going to be charged with treason.

February 16, 2017 at 08:59 | Registered CommenterWinston

The "President" knew Flynn lied and misled Pence on January 26. Why did he wait nearly three weeks, allowing Flynn full access to the nation's most closely held secrets in the meantime?

February 16, 2017 at 09:06 | Registered CommenterWinston

Maybe Flynn wasn't fired immediately because he didn't do anything illegal, and there was zero evidence that he ever compromised national security. But don't let any of that stop you in your appointed duties as a leftist drone. Do you get paid for this, or are your asinine actions simply a demented avocation?

I've come to the conclusion that you're insane, Winifred. But all good little leftie useful idiots have to be nuts, so don't think you're anything special.

February 16, 2017 at 09:40 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

By the way, your moronic treason comment seems more like transference, given Obama's secret arrangements with Iran.

February 16, 2017 at 09:43 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

I think "projection" is the term you're groping for.

February 16, 2017 at 10:00 | Registered CommenterWinston

Another 'Scooter Libby' scenario.
It was known from the beginning that Libby didn't expose Valerie Plame as a spy. Yet, the investigation continued. Finally they got a procedural indictment and conviction. (Why a smart man like Libby misled under oath I'll never know.)
-Another reason Obama would not allow independent investigations.

February 16, 2017 at 10:04 | Unregistered Commentergriswold3

Winifred, take your "groping" and shove it. Transference is a fitting word for what you're doing. You don't even know that you're doing it.

Gris, the Scooter Libby comparison is a good one. By any means necessary.

February 16, 2017 at 10:29 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Maybe Flynn wasn't fired immediately because he didn't do anything illegal, and there was zero evidence that he ever compromised national security.

Your head must be, literally, made of rock.

Trump knew Russia knew Flynn had something to hide.
Trump knew Russia knew Flynn had something to hide.
Trump knew Russia knew Flynn had something to hide.
Trump knew Russia knew Flynn had something to hide.
Trump knew Russia knew Flynn had something to hide.

GOT IT YET? People responsible for national security don’t let secrets into the hands of people with things to hide that hostile foreign powers know about. Illegal/unethical/embarrassing/dumb, it simply doesn’t matter. If Russia knew Flynn was gay, or carrying on an affair, or HIV-positive, or had a gambling problem, or a bastard mulatto daughter, IT’S A PROBLEM. GOT IT YET? I know you’re a very, very stupid man, and you work very hard at actually getting stupider every day, but GEEEEZ. Make an effort, Redbeard. This guy who was screeching "LOCK HER UP" at the top of his lungs, gave a hostile foreign power some leverage over him BY LYING. Why isn't he in jail?

References to the Obama cabal are really craxing me up, given that at this moment the Obama cabal is out water-skiing.

I’d fascinated to know where in God’s name you Consta Toosh Anal Skollers got the term “procedural indictment and conviction.” Izzat like a Sparkle Pony Unicorn?

February 16, 2017 at 11:05 | Registered CommenterWinston

"Before this is done Donald Trump is going to be charged with treason."

(February 16th at 8:59 A.M. **Mark The Tape**) The day and time Teabagger officially jumped the shark.. Wow, the fu*king nut bag stew is boiling over... Tea bag; as Red has pleaded with you, get back on your Thorazine. I know it's only prescribed for the sickest of mental patients but your "treason" rant is the tip docs would need to say shoot em' up....
