Conflict of Interest? Bias?  NAH!!!

The judge in the Trump University case has been happy to play the victim to Trump's stupid comment about him being a "Mexican."  Trump's fat mouth got him in hot water, but the facts emerging indicate that he wasn't far off the mark, if he had only left out the "Mexican" part.

Apparently the judge is hardly a shining light of objectivity, since he is associated with the self-identified racist group La Raza, even aiding an illegal alien to get a scholarship.

So, on one side we have Trump shooting off his big mouth, and on the other side we have a judge whose rancid associations call into question his fitness to hear this case, plus the megabucks (close to a million) paid to the Clintons by the law firm representing the plaintiffs.  To follow the smarmy media narrative, a big mouth is far worse than judicial malfeasance and legal conflicts of interest.

A friend of mine recently posted a selfie with Hillary at a rally where she’d helped seat people in the ADA section; an attending woman told my friend she’d come to join the rally because of all the work (my friend hadn’t even known about) that Hillary has done in support of tax relief for caregiver families and extending the UN Convention on Disability Rights..

Meanwhile here’s how S#!Ihead supports disabled people.

You Nooshans got yourselves a real winner there. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of hate-mongering racist tax cranks.

Poor Winnie. He has no idea that his entire commentary is rendered invalid every time he fires off another stupid racist lie.

The judge in the Trump University case has been happy to play the victim

Hahahahaha! Bzzzzzt—Wrong! As far as I’m aware, the judge hasn’t said a word about your presumptive nominee’s comments except to note that he’s placed the Court’s integrity at issue. World’s Worst Nominee Ever™ had better have something to back that up.

Smell the flopsweat on Confederate Drama Queen™. He’s straining desperately to move those goalposts. See, Curiel needn’t defend his associations. But even if there were anything wrong with them (and there ain’t), the more important point is that they’re not why Worst Thing called the judge biased—the mere fact of his parentage was enough.

Many—Paul Ryan, Bob Corker, Gingrich, Scarbrough—call that racist and unacceptable. Why won’t you?

LOL.. Hilda the most calculating and "I could give a fu*k" woman in the world takes people with disabilities and props them up at her campaign rallies like "I'm >>> Hillary" signs...Sorry, the Vatican isn't starting the sainthood process for this conniving bitch any time soon. The book coming out at the end of June with eye witness accounts of her obscenity laden tirades at staff is the true Hilda...

"Roger Clinton Busted for DUI in California"

It never stops with the Clintons.. All of them.. The low-life; lying, stealing, law breaking, money grubbing, back stabbing "whose my daddy" bunch... Americans want these losers back??? I don't think so...

June 6, 2016 at 13:32 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Tom, pretty soon Winnie will be labeling us as racists for criticizing Hillary. Yes, I know, that makes zero sense, but we ARE talking about Winnie.

June 6, 2016 at 13:40 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

The eye-witness reports from this upcoming Secret Service book are so juicy there coming out early. 1). Hilda is bitch smacking Bill in the WH residence...Leaving him with a black eye. 2). Bill's caught banging another woman not named Monica and God forbid never Hilda near the Oval Office. ... OMG it's all coming back... The sleaze, the lying and slimy feeling we all had around the Clinton's...

Tom Miller for the umpteenth time plays Charlie Brown to the Wingnutz' Lucy's football. The guy will never stop wetting his pants hyperventilating about the brand new fresh scandalette (next week!! for sure!! INDICTMENTS!) that will put the nail in Hillary's coffin.

And ever ever onward....,winds... The Nooshan Kwazy Twain...,..

I think a pig just flew by my window. Piers Morgan, knee-jerk leftist and the last person one might expect to be fair to Trump, has accidentally backed into rationality momentarily by tweeting: "Muhammad Ali said far more inflammatory/racist things about white people than Donald Trump ever has about Muslims."

Predictably, even though the statement was absolutely correct, the Leftie Lunatic Brigade is after Morgan's scalp. How DARE he speak the truth, and accuse Ali of being a racist, just because Ali repeatedly proved that point in public and was proud of it.

Might be funny if Winnie tries to deny Ali's proven and serial racist rants.

June 6, 2016 at 16:33 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Poor, poor Confederate Drama Queen, beset and beleaguered at every turn by all these black supremacists.

June 6, 2016 at 16:49 | Registered CommenterWinston

Oh come on now, Winnie! Weak, very weak. You can do better than that. Let's hear you say that Ali wasn't a racist, even though he said that whites are devils, and that inter-racial marriage should be banned, and proudly said that he didn't have any white friends.

Still plagued by the impossible task of saying that a black man can't be a bigot?

June 6, 2016 at 18:17 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

There's not really any bottom to how pathetic and transparent you are, is there?

Let's just say at the very moment your disgusting nominee is calling for religious and ethnic tests for judges, it's the least surprising thing in the world that your highest priority would be calling a deceased, long-retired and much-beloved athlete a racist.....

What a sad and sorry POS you are. I pity your family.

June 6, 2016 at 19:36 | Registered CommenterWinston

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kathy Szeliga wrote on Monday that presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump's attacks on a federal judge's Mexican heritage were "insulting to all Americans."

Szeliga, the minority whip in Maryland's House of Delegates, wrote on her Facebook page that her daughter-in-law is "of Mexican descent" amd "To say that anyone’s ethnic background should disqualify them from public service of any kind – particularly a judge who has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States – is, by definition, a racist statement."

You Nooshans got yourselves a real winner.

Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of hate-mongering racist tax cranks.

Dear DF;

Get your money back from that on-line GED reading interpretation class... I never said their would be an indictment of the Clinton's sleazy NJ Housewives behavior... Just a reminder from an unimpeachable source of what POS the Clinton's are and BTW your hero's.. Figures...

"Obama Attacks Donald Trump in Annual Ramadan Message"

After nearly eight years Americans are beyond hope of ever fixing stupid.....

June 7, 2016 at 06:59 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Thank you again, Winnie, for proving just how dishonest you are. It's good to know who we're dealing with here. And revealing, that you cannot defend Ali's blatant racism, and won't condemn it, so you simply blather on, hoping to ignore it.

You're a textbook case of hypocrisy, proof of which being the reason I brought Piers Morgan's comments into this thread. Good work, showing your ass like that yet again.

June 7, 2016 at 07:38 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

Tom, our resident asshole knows he's lying about your post's meaning, but he simply doesn't care. As with all leftists, lying is the #1 tool in his bag, and the use of lies is considered a resume bragging point in the Leftie Committee Room. Without dishonesty, he would be pretty much speechless.

June 7, 2016 at 07:42 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

As of now, Hillary's delegate count now puts her over the top for the Dem nomination. But Bernie Sanders, aka The Black Knight from the Monty Python bit, is saying that it's just a flesh wound. Apparently, Bernie is now planning a guerilla campaign to turn the Dem convention into a bloody battlefield, grasping at the hope that he can turn some of Hillary's super-delegates.

The Kalifornicate results, and the fallout from same, will be entertaining, whichever way it goes.

June 7, 2016 at 07:54 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

I love the smell of toasted wingnuts in the morning.

June 7, 2016 at 08:02 | Registered CommenterWinston

Over half of Bernie supporters want him to run as a third party alternative to The Old Bag, instead of endorsing her. Wouldn't that be fun to watch?

The force stupid is strong with this one Democrat Party.

June 7, 2016 at 08:46 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

So Barry's all rip-roaring ready to get out and campaign for "The Dusty Vee Jay-Jay Crypt Keeper" now that she's secured the demwit delegate total. Make sure that teleprompter is working and no one trips over the cord. A free-lancing Barry isn't pretty. The stuttering, getch-getcha dialogue is brutal. It will be fun getting Barry on the record for supporting a woman with criminal FBI indictment recommendations against her...

June 7, 2016 at 09:10 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Barry thinks he can protect his "legacy" if he gets Hillary and her similar putrid agenda elected, so he's willing to campaign for a woman he despises.

June 7, 2016 at 09:44 | Unregistered CommenterRedBeard

John Kerry? Hillary Clinton? Madeleine Albright? These are the awful secretaries of state that Dems have dug up and foisted upon us.

Now we have Dim Bulb Albright defending gal pal Hillary (or I should say attempting and failing to defend) by dropping the inane comment that "...nobody is going to die as a result of anything that happened on emails." That's it. Free pass for Hillary now. Maddy Albright has imparted her infinite wisdom upon the matter.

Good grief.

I never said their would be an indictment

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Now, Tom’s lazy, stupid and embarrassingly obvious lying about what he’s said [dozens of times; check BL RAG’s search engine] might shock normal people, but anyone familiar with him is well aware he simply makes up shit constantly because he’s a moral dwarf.

I never said their would be an indictment

What sad, ridiculous, bankrupt, lying people. Thank God these hateful tax cranks and ignorant racist morons become more irrelevant and insignificant every day.

"Wingnutz roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose…” Metaphorically, of course….

I never said their would be an indictment

Whoops, you’re nominating a mentally unstable racist f#%$head. Character test time! You’re STILL failing.

June 7, 2016 at 11:04 | Registered CommenterWinston

DF;;

You really are a dumbass on top of being a dumb fu*k. Read my post overhead if you can; does my post on the Secret Service book say ANYTHING about an indictment? NO! But make shit up... Jerk off to your Hillary fantasies... Hilda is up to three foot wide ass in FBI investigations but Bill fucking some other broad than Hilda in the WH or Hilda smacking Bill around in another drunken rage although slimy and beneath the Presidency in this case is not an indictable offense...

Question: Why is Winston an asshole?

Answer: Because he wants to be one.

Mystery solved.

In a conference call yesterday Trump trashed his own campaign staff for urging supporters to quit discussing his fraud lawsuit.

“Take that order and throw it the hell out . . . Are there any other stupid letters that were sent to you folks? . . . That’s [why] I want to have this call, . . . because you guys are getting sometimes stupid information from people that aren’t so smart [his own staff]

“A clearly irritated Trump told his supporters to attack journalists who ask questions about the lawsuit and his comments about the judge. “The people asking the questions—those are the racists,” Trump said. “I would go at ‘em.”

Trump supporter Jeff Lord calls House Speaker Paul Ryan “racist” and McConnell of “playing the race card.” (Like Redbeard and Tom, he’s literally straining to invert the very definition of “racist.”)

Meanwhile leaders of the Grand Old Meth Lab and Child-Molester Party scramble to reassure US allies that—in the catastrophic event he were elected—this lunatic nominee would be prevented by the Constitution from carrying out his promises.

This is what passes for just another Tuesday in the Hair Furor campaign.

Jayzus. You Nooshans sure picked a winner. Wow.

From that RNC mouth piece The Hill
From that Right-Wing Conspiracy Website The Hill-

“FBI requests permission for secret declaration in Hillary e-mail FOIA case”

“The DoJ acknowledges here that the FBI is conducting a law-enforcement action as well as a counterintelligence assessment. That seems significant, especially since Hillary has also insisted that there were no national-security implications from the use of her unauthorized and unsecured e-mail server. If that was the case, the FBI would have certainly ascertained that by now, and would have no need to withhold the documents from the court hearing the FOIA case — and wouldn’t need to justify it with a second secret filing. “

Yawn… these ‘scandallettes’ are so tiresome.

June 7, 2016 at 12:00 | Unregistered CommenterThomas Miller

Interesting exercise. The bored wonks have come up with a scenario in which the House of Representatives would choose our next president. If Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate, could manage to win just one state, and Hillary and Trump both finish neck and neck in Electoral College votes, with neither one reaching a majority, the election would be thrown into the House to decide. And Johnson would be one of the three possible choices. So it's mathematically possible that the next president could be the guy who only won a single state in the general election.

But the above scenario, and winning the Powerball lottery, and getting struck by lightning all carry about the same odds.
