Leave Your Name and Address Open
You can generally tell how thin-skinned a person is by how they react to feedback. I guess Illinois State Senator Ira Silverstein is about as thin-skinned as they come, seeing that he has introduced a bill to force internet website commentators to identify themselves when posting.
Not surprising that he's a Democrat...

Have a nice weekend and post what you like.

The epitome of thin skinned demwits is the leg humping adoration crowd for Michelle Obama. There is a video posted on HuffPo of her dancing with Jimmy Fallon. I merely commented on HuffPo that I wondered how much Super Glue Michelle uses to keep her wig on and with all that dancing maybe she could use the energy on under-privileged children; you know her passion? Oh' Jesus, the hate mail, attacks, FU's, Koch Brother’s backed, Bush Lied responses were epic. I thought the MSM Obama leg humpers and eunuchs were passionate; they don't hold a candle to Michelle's Koo-Aid drinkers who proclaim her the best "First Lady Ever." LOL.
As the years have gone by and my kids are gone from home, I am less personally worried about remaining anonymous, but making a name disclosure law would be completely crazy. Imagine how (supposedly tolerant) libs would react to finding out a name, address, employer, etc of someone they cannot win an internet discussion with. Imagine swatting, anonymous packages, or some deranged numb-nuts showing up at the front door.
A local newspaper started requiring real-names-only for folks who did any commenting. The first thing that happened was that most of the folks posting crazy lib ideas were revealed as college professors. (People who have job security even if shouting down others.) At the first stage I stopped commenting. I work with customers who are likely split equally between Dems and Repubs, and I am not making enough money to make half of my employer's customers mad.
The second thing that happened was the full-on attack using web-searched info, on any poster who disagreed with orthodox liberal positions. I remember a farmer who tried to make a point about reducing government spending, within minutes others were posting information about that farmer's government farm subsidies. As per normal lib frothing, they told him that since he received in excess of one dollar from the government at any time during his life he was a hypocrite for wanting federal spending trimmed.
The third thing that happened was the elimination of all commenting ability on the newspaper's website. Letters to the editor are now the only feedback allowed. Might as well do away with comments, the comment section had become a junior version of huffpo or the kos-crazies anyway.
Zoy;
I know other parts of this blog receive traffic that have no interest in the politics side. So I'm not sure how that's going. I might suggest getting this blog linked somehow to other right/left blogs to drive traffic.

I remember writing a comment that blacks were over represented in the prison population in relation to they’re size in the census. In 2011, 39.4% of the population were none-white Hispanic. The African-American population in the United States stands at approximately 12.5%. So about a 3-1 ratio. I asked why was this and racism wasn't enough of a factor to plug the numbers disparity. A certain DF liberal who thankfully doesn't come by anymore went apoplectic and threw the usual KKK, racist, Teabagger accusations at me but never did answer why the brothas' are so over represented in the Pen vs. their census population. DF claimed there was no disparity and African-Americans did not commit crimes or were incarcerated in higher numbers than they’re number in society. Well African-Americans are renting a lot of rooms in the Pen for something and it’s not for their looks.
I was right and DF was wrong.
Saw the following story at Hot Air. Seems that Dem congressman Ellison from Minnesota is offended by seeing a debt clock. I remember seeing a debt clock running in the hallway outside Leonard Boswell's office (What's up, Leonard, you old dumbass? You may have lost an election but the true winners were the people of Iowa) the last time I did some congressional visits of Iowa reps. Of course a Republican was President at the time.
Debt clock story here, sorry for short advert.
Did anyone see the question being raised by this brainiac?
Donna Brazile wonders why her health insurance premium increased.
Anyone with half a brain understood that mandating additional coverage, and doing so first-dollar with no deductible, would add costs to health insurance. Free birth control isn't free- who knew, other than everyone with common sense?
Which actually answers why Donna did not understand, by definition she must have less than half a brain.
Barack Obama;
"The Affordable Healthcare Act won't add one dime to federal debt"
2/26/2013 GAO estimated Affordable Healthcare Act will add $6.2 trillion to long-term debt.
It never changes with Obama. He lies. He's incompetent and he's a thug.I could also mention stupid with a thin-skin.
