Less Respectable Open
With freedom of speech being a topic in the news this week, we may as well bring up this related topic: Prostitutes in Ghent, Belgium have been ordered to don more modest attire. But apparently not all is lost--at least burlesque still retains a respectable air in the land of the old Low Countries...
Have a nice weekend and post what you like.

Women... God bless 'em!
I see Romney has released his 2011 tax returns. In it beyond the % he paid or the amount I like to focus on, its noted he donated over $4 million dollars to charity. What was Obama's donation, a couple pair of underwear and one his books? This begs the question; why are liberals such tight insensitive bastards when it comes to charitable donations? They lecture us 24/7 on being kind to your fellow man but when it comes to them; a big fuck U to charities. Didn't Al Gore also write off his underwear to charity? Winston? I know the effective charitable rate between Republicans and Democrats by % and amount hugely favors Republicans so we must surmise the ole' limousine liberal sage that it's great for libs as long as someone else pays for it is in play
I haven't forgiven Belgium for kidnapping Anheuser-Busch. Didn't much care for their beer, but at least it was an American icon. Was.
TM - What I find interesting is that Mr. Romney is releasing a statement that says he never paid no taxes in the past 10-15 years. Which means that he never had a loss carry forward in that time period. Which means in 2008 when the Dow Jones went from 13.3k to 7.5k Mr. Romney's fortune was insulated from the crash, which must have meant that he saw it coming, or his advisers did.
Yet in 2008 Mr. Romney spent a good part of that year running for President yet didn't feel it necessary to warn anyone else what was about to happen.
Makes you think doesn't it?
Joe Biden... God bless him!!
I guess Joe-Joe has had a lot more cheerleader experience than I have, for better or worse.
KwAwk, it's interesting that you've found yet another way to attack Romney without a shred of credibility behind it. But in fairness to you, now that Harry Reid and his lackeys have fallen through the ice about the "Romney didn't pay taxes" nonsense, it must be difficult coming up with a new attack plan that actually makes sense.
Why don't you join the other desperate lefties who are insanely trying to say that the Romneys gave too much to charity? Yeah, that tactic will work.
"Makes you think doesn't it?"
LOL, kwawk come off that grassy knoll. Why are libs such cheap bastards?
Romney gives 30% of his income to charity. Obama less than 5%. He feels your pain but won't redistribute HIS wealth.
Ha, you can't find a single mention of the word Republican on Scott Brown's website (www.scottbrown.com). He's that embarrassed by you guys.
Over a period of twenty years, the Romneys taxes plus charitable giving was almost 40% of their income. But none of that counts, if you're a slobbering leftist.
Btw, Harry Reid is a bald-faced (and now proven) liar. Hope the Dems are really proud of their "leader" of the Senate. What a piece of dung he is.
What an ignorant comment, Choy/Brent. I'm a conservative, not a Republican, as I tell every RNC-type fund raiser before I hang up on them.
As for Brown, except for the R after his name, he's a New England "moderate," and not a follower of the Republican Party. His reason for distancing himself from the party organization is different than mine, by a country mile, but no less valid.
I'm voting for Romney because he's the only option, not because I like his far-too-liberal positions.
Red, it'll ALWAYS get flipped into a negative for the opposition by liberals... just like this week is being referred to in the media as the "worst week for Romney." You almost have to ask at some point... liberals, especially of the most adamant ones in the media, they can't be THIS clueless... right?
Just a quick rundown of what went awry for SCoaMF this week:
+ DoJ implicated in the Fast and Furious scandal and coverup
(not to mention Obama again falsely claiming it began under Bush)
+ Directly linked to far-left Media Matters in targeting conservative commentators
+ Secretary of Health and Human Services ensnared in a Hatch Act violation
+ Obama's embassy flip flops continue to dissolve as he and the Secretary of State wade through waist-deep controversy over the cover-up of the murder of our ambassador to Libya
+ Obama snubbing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to tweet pictures with pirates on "Talk Like a Pirate Day" and hang with David Letterman, Jay Z and Beyonce instead (you know... true allies... and people deemed 'yet another person more important than Benjamin Netanyahu')
+ Attacking FREE FUCKING SPEECH by demonizing AND ARRESTING a YouTube filmmaker and cutting tax-payer funded ads apologizing for that pesky First Amendment to Pakistani Islamists (i.e. fucking terrorist nutcases)
+ Democrat Party accused of misquoting Romney to create a false narrative on GM
+ A prominent ratings firm downgraded the U.S. Government's credit rating from "AA" to "AA-" one day after the Federal Reserve announced it would pump more money into the economy by buying more than $40 billion of mortgage-backed securities per month until the economy improves.
+ Romney sticks it to them and their "he didn't pay any taxes" lie
+ Obama cults comes out with a new, creepy US flag logo
But somehow WaPo decides that Mitt Romney 'Had The Worst Week'? Incredible.
There is no conspiracy needed. No grassy knoll. Just plain common sense. If Romney makes most of his money from investing and paid nearly 15% in taxes every year it means that he never lost money on his investments, which was pretty hard to do in 2008 when the entire market was down almost 50%.
Even if he'd simply held on to his investments and didn't sell anything from 2008 through 2010 it would result in him paying $0 in taxes as he wouldn't have had any income.
Ofcourse all of these questions and more could be answered in Mr. Romney would just release his tax returns. Nothing the Romney campaign proves anything, and if anything it looks like he's trying to hide something.
If you have actual income of $30 MM but you get your AGI down to $300k but pay out $45k in taxes you can claim your effective tax rate on AGI is 15%. And you'd be very honestly misleading someone about your income.
Oh, but wait... just talking about anything I mentions could be construed as a rush to judgement, or "shooting from the hip" as Obama put it. We should just sit back and wait for these failures to magically turn into Obama "successes". Give him a chance by completely ignoring it.
Ready, Fire.... Aim.
kwawk;
Muni bonds weren't down in 2008. Was "cash" down in 2008? I could go on but it's too easy. Btw for accuracy sake that 15% is closer to 35% since he already paid taxes on it before it was invested.
Ok I took the bait from Choy and went to Warren's "official" campaign website. Well you guessed it, not one friggin' mention of her being a democrat. I guess the cold breeze blowing-up Choy's skirt over lack of party ID doesn't include Warren. Plus, that "Shemp Like Haircut" she has for her website photo takes 5% off her vote total no matter what the party affiliation.
Not really incredible, given that the Washington Post is just one of the print arms of the DNC.
Hey, that explains it! I've always thought that Shemp was part Mohican.
Ah TM. The interest on Municipal Bonds is tax exempt. One only pays federal taxes on income not on cash stuffed under the mattress. And one doesn't pay taxes on money invested in a company, only on the profits returned from that investment. The initial investment in the company when returned to the individual is not subject to tax.
But why would somebody like Mitt Romney have $200 million sitting around in cash unless they were preparing for a steep drop in the markets?
Yep, it's a conspiracy.
Kwawk;
Nice try, re-read your post you were talking about taxes as it relates to the market and one's return. Yawn....
Hmm, well at least Skinnydipinacid noticed the girls...it was my attempt at bringing a little non-partisan harmony and understanding.
Okay, I'm off the soapboax...have at it! ;)
Zoy, it's just that I'm not allowed to pay too much attention to "exotic" ladies.
Ok, in the spirit of bipartisanship, I offer a great opportunity to interested leftists. I've killed two poisonous cottonmouths in the last week that have ventured out of the swamp and up into "people" territory, and need to see if any more are lurking. Leftists are welcome to come by to help. All they need to do it roll up their pants, take off their shoes, and go shuffling through the tall grass and weeds. Lunch is on me.
A putrid article from The New York Sharia Times gives voice to Egypt's new Islamist Head Thug, as he tells us how we must change to accomodate Islam.
Thank you, Barry Soetoro, you pusillanimous waste of space.
What a buffoon.
Watching the Romney campaign (Peggy Noonan calls it "the Rolling Calamity") implode this week has been so much fun, this little nugget almost passed by unnoticed...
Rush Limbaugh blames feminazi's for his tiny dick:
http://gawker.com/5945289/penis-scientist-rush-limbaugh-blames-small-penis-size-on-feminazis
He was actually talking about a recently released Italian scientific study which found that the average male penis was 10 percent smaller than 50 years ago. Researchers cited weight gain around the waist, smoking, stress and environmental pollutants as probable factors.
Unfortunately while searching for answers about his own anatomy, Limbaugh failed to consider his own hard-core drug usage.

Choy;
Your personal knowledge about cocks is impressive.
Choy/Brent and his leftist friends are pathologically obsessed with Rush Limbaugh. Too bad none of them ever listen to his show, and have no earthly idea when he's joking. "He said what? I'm [sputter] outraged!" But then, the lefties would need to grow a sense of humor first, something not likely to happen any time soon.
Skinny, speaking of humor, thanks for the Chrissy Matthews bit. Too bad he doesn't know how amusing he is.
Here's a good article for an open thread. Dr. Walter Williams once again skewers the leftist education industry and the basic dishonesty and deliberate malfeasance behind it.
What’s funny is Tom implying the weird preoccupations of the bizarre drug addict and hateful GOP poster boy somehow reflect badly on CHOY.
