Caesar's Open
The date doesn't hold too much significance with most of us moderns, but today is Julius Caesar's birthday, a man born into a time when the Roman Republic was beginning its descent into chaos and civil war...sort of like what is happening today in our own republic. But, unlike the so-called statesmen and leaders of our own time, he left an indelible mark on history.
So, let's wish the old man a happy 2111st.

From all of the news I hear about Illinois, lots of stuff is screwed up in that whole state.
Numerous pols go to prison in that state, they elected a tiny dancer as mayor of Chicago, they seem to have a problem with murder in Chicago, ..... and they have created a tax climate that is driving business out of the state.
But I did not realize that it is not even safe to go swimming in that God-forsaken state.
I was raised in Illinois. Left when I was 18 to go off to school, and my parents bailed out as well. Best decision we ever made. I pity the folks who are stuck there.

The ruins of Illinois should serve as a warning about what is to become of the nation as a whole under leftist control, but most voters are still wandering around looking like Alfred E. Neuman.
Barack Obama is trying to do for the U.S. what his party has done to California and Illinois. Broke, immoral, illiterate, arrogant and alternatively whiney. Btw Barry would like something that will be here 2000 years from now but Mt. Rushmore is getting a little snug for another Presidential face. Plus putting Obama's mug anywhere close to Washington and Lincoln's would be a cruel joke possibly missed by later generations.
Skinny I remembered reading that the state was slow-paying or no-paying vendors already years ago.
Found this article from 2010 about an ammunition firm demanding payment upfront because the state had already stiffed them enough. The state not paying its bills caused a delay obtaining bullets for prison guards in Illinois.
I am a bit surprised that no one commented on my last link above, the testicle-attacking fish found in Illinois waters. The "Ball Cutter". The teeth in that fish look like human teeth. Cue the Jaws music.

After being an hour late to a campaign event on Friday. People began to faint from the heat. When Obama arrived. he took the microphone and demanded "someone call the paralegals." Ah' Barack you dumbass, its paramedics.
Happy bday Ceasar (yesterday). But today (Saturday, July 14th) is a more important day in history to remember. Today is Bastille Day when the French people (the 99%) took their country back from the oligarchs and monarchs (the 1%). We Americans sorely need our own Bastille Day.

If liberals would only set the example with their own heads in a guillotine and save the pain in the ass they put us through! If my history is correct, after Bastille Day the French were beset by 80 years of political correctness (19th century style) that lead to a loss of freedom, poverty and executions of crimes against the state. We don’t learn from our past mistakes. Every time libs no matter the century get a hold of things they F’-up everything.

Ever heard of the Boston tea party and the American revolution idiot. I believe it was the French who were following our lead. But for the French we likely would not have defeated King George. They then went home and some -not too many - years later had their own revolution that began with the storming of the Bastille.
But you could be right after all. We'll storm the white house in November and with any luck at all the senate and house as well.

That's the Chinese top secret strategy to shut down the internet. Rumor will spread that every ISP is linked to a nude pic of Hillary. It will be worse than a denial of service attack. Total collapse of .com, .net and .org
I would rather have my office papered with nude pictures of Hillary than to have her anywhere near the levers of power. The former is just unpleasant, but the latter endangers the republic.

Harry Reid's droopy drawers are all in a bunch over some Olympic outfits being made in China. Ah' Harry, those Olympic outfits were made by Ralph Lauren a big time dem donor who since 2008 has donated over $40k to Obama and the dems. Barack will get to the bottom of this as he says "the buck stops with him."
I predict that this story is going to have a major affect on the campaign in the coming months...
