John Edwards: Off Limits

The Los Angeles Times has banned any and all bloggers from talking even talking about the recent John Edwards scandal,   where he just happened to be waltzing through the Beverly Hilton as an unregistered guest at 2 am July 21st,  which just HAPPENED to be housing Rielle Hunter,  longtime accused mistress of the great John Edwards, at the exact same time...  WEIRD!

Just in case you didn't know (or perhaps still in denial that a Democrat is even capable of such a thing):

Amazing!  Absolutely amazing!  No bias whatsoever...   to say so is merely crazy talk!

"MOVE ALONG PEOPLE...   THERE's NOTHING TO SEE HERE...   YES...   MOVE ALONG..."

I'm still stuck wondering,  would they be so cautious had this been (pick your Republican)  under the same shady coincidences?  For some reason I highly doubt it.

I never realized that John Edwards' "Two Americas" was about having two women.

All snark aside, Edwards should answer for this one. We have multiple sources now (the National Enquirer and the hotel guard interviewed by Fox News), and the fact that the hotel guard found an Enquirer's notebook on the scene lends additional credence to the original story.

I don't know what the LA Times is thinking, unless they're working on some big expose' and don't want the bloggers stealing its thunder. Even if that's the case, asking the bloggers not to cover it is beyond lame.

This is now beyond rumor.

I noted this a couple of days ago and Rosie was clearly unhappy that I would use a source as the National Enquire. Even though pictures of a guy coming out of a hotel room at 2:40 a.m. should be enough proof for anyone absent the photo shop excuse. Well, still not good enough per Rosie. Wanted other sources than the Enquire or 'Faux News". When I mentioned if you google this story about 100 blogs & newspapers were on it, Rosie decided "all resistance was futile."

Irregardless, a real scumbag. Let's see if the same people who rightfully called out Newt Gingrich for leaving his sick wife will call out Edwards.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrr, me hearty! Be ye suggestin' I might be a great grand pirate? Shiver me timbers, 'tis so. I be a scallywag, a scurvy dog, a son of a biscuit eater, so I be.

Ha ha ha ha ha! Clearly, Tom, all further resistance is futile!

Remind me again, for what national office is John Edwards a candidate? Such shenanigans would certainly put MY vote in jeopardy.

If nothing else, Winston, I think it safe to say that Edwards won't be on any VP shortlists. (shrug)

It's always fun to watch the holier-than-thou types when they are revealed to be classless hypocrites.

This truly is a bipartisan exercise, with targets from John "Two Americas" Edwards to Jimmy "I have sinned" Swaggart to Al "Huge Carbon Footprint" Gore to Larry "Wide Stance" Craig.

Somehow, I feel this is the last we'll ever see of John Edwards.
