In reference to that blog post, I think it's time to start using the word "liar" instead of talking about this stuff as gaffes and/or pandering.

Barrack Obama Superstar: Liar, Amateur, American Nightmare.
The overriding truth is that no solution--whether it be an undivided or partitioned Jerusalem--will ever succeed if it is imposed by the US. From the ABC News article you linked:
That's not the point, Wes. The point is Obama's deliberate lack of familiarity with truth.
Gee, I would have thought that you'd be all over people who have a deliberate lack of familiarity about the war, then...
It gets worse. Here is the latest twist on this. Not only is it not Obama's committee, nor does he even sit on it, but he opposed the very thing he was telling the crowd he was so proud of.
Can we now finally start calling the guy a bald-faced liar?
Anti-truthiness
Read your Powerline article again, RB. It says that Obama was against the resolution naming the Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization (although he wasn't present to vote on it), which is not the matter under discussion.
Obama was referring to the Iran sanctions bill, which does include several of the sanctions Obama had already proposed in other legislation. (I'll also point out that the compromise bill that finally got a vote was authored by the Chair and the Ranking Member; no personal politics there. *snort* )
If you want to debate Kyl-Lieberman, that's fine. If you want to debate Dodd-Shelby, that's fine. Let's keep 'em straight.
You read it again, Wes. The thing Obama opposed was the prerequisite for the sanctions bill.
You're going to have to connect those dots for me, Redbeard. I read the article again, and there's no connection between Kyl-Lieberman and Dodd-Shelby.
