A Little Unintended Humor From the Wild and Crazy Mullahs

Iran's chattel-class females are getting out front of the high fashion curve.  Hot stuff, and yet all approved by the Iranian Ministry of 7th Century Repression.

Whoa!  Did I just see a hand flash there?  Hubba hubba!  Yowzer!  Woo hoo!

Hey, now...while I'm not a fan of hijab or burkha, ladies in this country could take a step or two toward more modest dress. (laugh)

There is modesty, the voluntary choice of which I heartily approve, and then there is the forced livery of second-class citizens.

oh no...
i don't think i could live through a day without eyeballing one or two scantily clad women... bring on the blonde, low cut, daisy duked, tramp stamped double d's! I've been to amish communities... they just don't do it for me.

I don't see this mode of clothing as modesty: I see it as a form of slavery. A woman shouldn't be forced to cover herself this way just to appease the morals of a 7th century style man.
