Here We Go Again
Asked his views on nuclear power in Jacksonville, Florida on Friday, Obama said, "I think that nuclear power should be in the mix when it comes to energy." But he added, "I don't think it's our optimal energy source because we haven't figured out how to store the waste safely or recycle the waste."
Obama supports using federal research and development dollars to explore whether nuclear waste can be stored safely for reuse.
"..and nuclear has to part of any equation. Senator Obama opposes nuclear."
Um, no, he doesn't; he just said he doesn't make it #1 on the list. He's been consistent on this point throughout the campaign, going back to the earliest Democratic candidate debate. McCain's statement is--once again--simply false.
More McCain, same video linked above:
"[other than offshore drilling] I have not changed my position on any other issue."
BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA! Can I bill the McCain campaign for a new keyboard? He even says that he didn't flip-flop on the Bush tax cuts! I guess that voting against a bill you co-sponsored (the DREAM Act) doesn't count as a change of position?

Yes, I understand that Obama is a master at straddling issues.
Well, that may be.
But can you think of a bill he cosponsored, then voted against?
Redbeard, how is Obama "straddling the issue?" He's consistently said that nuclear power should be part of the answer, but that we have to solve the waste problem first. How is that "straddling?"

Where's Michelle? " I feel good, you know that I would now" Ta da, ta da, da, da ,da I feel good!
Once again, all of you duck McCain's outright lie.
