A Man is Known by the Friends He Keeps

Yet another bit of bother for the campaign of Barack Obama has surfaced.  In combination with the Rev. Wright flare-up, his connection with domestic terrorists Ayres & Dohrn, his endorsement by Iran and by Hamas, now this comes out:

Aside from the basic fact that his policies are so far to the radical left that he attracts such support, has it never occurred to Obama, as a political competitor, that these connections are devastating to his campaign?  Or does he really believe that he can keep a lid on this by diverting his adoring followers' attention through the continued vacuous platitudes about change and hope?

Perhaps he can blame any fallout on Charlie Gibson or George Stephanopoulos.

Here we go. Hang onto your hats: "Obama is a terrorist."

By the way, Julie Nixon Eisenhower is also making large contributions to the Obama campaign. This raises the distinct possibility that she, too, is an anti-American terrorist. David Horowitz should be looking into this. Perhaps he already is.

Hey, far be it from me to give the Ayers story even more legs than it’s already gotten. But if anti-Obamans can get past Cass Sunstein’s intro essay, they should feel at least fairly represented in the ensuing back ‘n’ forth discussion. I learned a few things.

And yet another questionable advisor to Obama comes to light. Joseph Cirincione wrote of the Syrian nuke threat that the whole thing was nonsense, and hinted of dark conspiracies within the administration.

Well, now that proof has emerged that offers definitive evidence that the North Koreans were indeed helping the Syrians build a plant capable of producing weapons grade material, Mr. Cirincione looks quite foolish indeed. If that were as far as this went, then it would be simply another case of a deluded soul being taken for a ride.

But this guy is an advisor to the Obama campaign on nuclear threats. What if a President Obama were to choose a Secretary of Defense who took such foolish and dangerous positions?

This matters. Greatly.
